RecPlex Silver Series brings you classes that are appropriate for our seniors and aging adults to help them maintain their cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility.

Whether you are a veteran gym member or a newcomer, we welcome you to enjoy the many benefits of working out in a group.

Our Silver Series include:

Yoga
Teaches yoga poses while improving your flexibility & lengthening muscles. It will also help develop relaxation techniques.

H2O Interval
Low intensity class with cardio & strength exercises. Aqua dumbbells & steps increase resistance.

Water in Motion
Incredible music with cardio & muscular training goals. Simple movement patterns will inspire any age, skill or fitness level.

Freemotion Fitness
Toning, core & strength training. The focus is on continuous movements that target all muscle groups for overall conditioning.

Women on Weights
Strength, coordination, balance & core workouts.

Silver & Fit
Join a community of older adults for a total-body workout appropriate for any fitness level. Silver & Fit is designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance.
