Group Fitness
Group Fitness Classes RecPlex offers a friendly, welcoming environment that encourages group fitness participation. Our certified instructors teach safe, well-cued classes designed to increase strength, improve flexibility, or challenge cardiovascular endurance.
Class Formats
Our world class programs include BodyPump, BodyStep, BodyCombat, and RPM and also encompass classes such as cycling, low impact aerobics, Zumba and so much more!

We offer many Group Fitness classes FREE for RecPlex members. No registration is required - just come on in! Classes are offered on a monthly basis.
Monthly schedules will be posted online and available at the Fitness Center Desk and at Guest Services.
